This is a beautiful vintage 4.68 carat natural amethyst & blue topaz 18k yellow gold + platinum ring that is size 6.5. This ring features a 3.18 carat cabochon amethyst, along with 1.50 carats of baguette cut blue topaz stones. The carat weight of each stone is stamped on the inside of this ring, as well as 18k and PL900. The deck of the ring is approximately 13.3 MM and the ring is 7 MM in width. This ring weighs approximately 12.65 grams. This ring is handmade and artistically made.
